Hi, I'm Jennifer — a Registered Dental Hygienist with certification in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, serving the Roseville, Rocklin, and Lincoln communities of Northern California.

My journey into myofunctional therapy grew out of over a decade of clinical dental hygiene practice. Sitting chairside with patients every day, I kept seeing the same patterns — mouth breathers with narrow arches and crowded teeth, children who snored, adults grinding away at night, orthodontic patients whose results didn't hold. When I started to see these same signs in my own children, I knew I wanted to understand what was happening more deeply.

That curiosity led me to complete specialized training and to build a private practice dedicated entirely to this work. I believe that dental and orofacial health aren't just about teeth — they're about how we breathe, how we sleep, how we develop, and how we feel in our bodies every single day.

My approach is evidence-based and collaborative. I work closely with orthodontists, ENTs, sleep physicians, dentists, and other providers to offer truly integrated care. And I meet every patient — child or adult — where they are, with patience, encouragement, and a program built around their specific needs.
